We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Dawsongroup Vans. As an Office Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales director and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales director, including preparing documentation and managing diaries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and staff, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data, using Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Word.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, vehicle orders, and client updates.
  • Perform other general duties to support the directors, including expense management and general communication.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in using Microsoft packages, especially Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing diaries and calendars, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
