We are collaborating with a prominent global organization dedicated to contributing to a brighter future. Our client is seeking a Clinical Research Project Leader to oversee study teams and ensure the effective execution of clinical trials.
Work Environment:
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring two days in the office and three days of remote work, providing flexibility to accommodate personal needs.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Research Project Leader, you will utilize your project management skills, developed through leading successful clinical study teams across various research phases. Your role will involve:
- Ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines (ICH GCP/GVP/GPP), regulations, and procedural documents, while maintaining study readiness for inspections.
- Overseeing the completion and resolution of corrective and preventive action plans following site audits and inspections.
- Managing study activities from site initiation to clinical closure, including monitoring tasks and providing training.
- Being accountable for vendor deliverables regarding timelines, budget, operational procedures, quality, compliance, and performance standards.
- Maintaining oversight of vendor performance and addressing any issues, ensuring vendors receive adequate training.
