**Job Summary**

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to work as Non-Residential House Parents at an educational establishment in Oxford. The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional care for boarders while leading and managing an individual boarding house in accordance with the current minimum Ofsted Framework (SCIFF) and the National Minimum Standards for Boarding Schools.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for boarders
  • Lead and manage an individual boarding house
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted Framework and National Minimum Standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the well-being of boarders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
