About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Executive to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for executing effective campaigns by leveraging data, audience, and contextual signals to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns across display, video, mobile, addressable TV, and audio.
  • Assist in budget management and optimization across multiple platforms to increase campaign efficiencies.
  • Take initiative, identify problems, and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Ensure campaigns meet best practices and maintain high levels of brand safety.
  • Deliver regular performance updates, including weekly reports and post-campaign analysis to stakeholders.
  • Review campaigns and recommend changes to develop global programmatic strategy.
  • Support day-to-day administration of ongoing campaigns, including financial aspects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer growth, activation, and retention.
  • Work with Data Science team to understand the wider impact beyond immediate performance.
  • Acquire knowledge and identify new opportunities by maintaining strong relationships with key programmatic vendors.
  • Contribute to the development of our global programmatic strategy, aligning with global acquisition and digital marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to build best-in-class assets for programmatic campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor and consumer behavior to inform ad decisions.
About You
  • Hands-on experience in programmatic trading, preferably from a high-growth company or agency.
  • Excellent experience activating campaigns across multiple creative formats, in various environments, preferably across international markets.
  • Hands-on experience in ad trafficking, Google Campaign Manager, and DV360 is a must.
  • Additional experience with other DSPs, e.g. The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Verizon-Yahoo, etc. will be a bonus.
  • Experience in managing the creative/content briefing process.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience using Excel and the ability to manipulate data to identify and recommend optimization and growth opportunities.
  • Knowledge of integration with complementary ad tech stack, and add-ons.
  • Experience collaborating with data science team in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
  • Experience in DTC brands in beauty and/or luxury sectors would be a strong bonus.
  • A person who can demonstrate initiative and proactivity, work autonomously, and take responsibility for their tasks and duties.
  • Flexible self-starter with a positive attitude, willing to go above and beyond to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex channel level observations into actionable insights.
  • A people person who can work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, tolerance for ambiguity, and readiness to adapt to changing priorities dynamically.
