Care Home Manager

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our small-sized elderly care home. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of care professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in people's lives.
About the Role- Manage the day-to-day running of the residential care home, ensuring a high standard of care and service delivery.
- Direct a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Build strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Ensure personalized care is provided to residents in line with their individual care plans.

- At least 3+ years of experience working as a manager in an elderly care home setting.
- Proven operational management experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality care and services.
- Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
- Experience in marketing a care home and budgeting, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
