About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Thorn Baker Construction. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple cleaning sites and contracts, ensuring high standards of service delivery and contract growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract performance to achieve and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and retention
  • Manage financial budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Attend training and meetings as required, and implement company policies and procedures
  • Conduct site visits to monitor service delivery and identify areas for improvement
  • Pre-sale involvement in new client site meetings, managing TUPE transfers and recruitment of operatives
  • Contract mobilisations and delivery of FM services in accordance with the FM strategy, site service charter, and service level agreement

About You

  • Proven experience in managing multiple cleaning sites and contracts at Operations Manager level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and staff
  • Experience in motivating, managing, and leading cleaning teams
  • Full UK driving license
