About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Venue Maintenance Specialist to join our resort team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our venues, ensuring a high standard of presentation for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including maintenance of floors, cleaning and dusting of furniture and fittings, and cleaning and disinfecting of toilets and changing rooms.
- Operate electrical and mechanical cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.
- Handle chemicals safely and effectively, following established protocols and procedures.
- Participate in external road cleaning, including emptying general waste bins and recycling bins.
- Assist with the movement of furniture to facilitate different activities within venues.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
