**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Infrastructure team in Ashford. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the country and local projects in the South East region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the design of major highway schemes and infrastructure projects, including highway alignment, pavement design, and drainage design.
  • Conduct engineering design work and calculations, including preparing 3D design models of our projects.
  • Research and implement the latest technologies and construction techniques to minimize the environmental impact of our projects.
  • Assist in the management of Health and Safety risks and take steps to proactively manage and mitigate potential issues.
  • Support project management processes to monitor programme, cost, and risk.
