About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Careers Advisor to join our Personal Development team. The successful candidate will hold a Level 6 qualification in careers guidance or be willing to undertake it, which will be funded by the trust. As a Careers Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all students have access to high-quality careers guidance and activities throughout their time at the Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized careers guidance to students, helping them to explore their interests and strengths.
- Develop and deliver careers education programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for students.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in careers guidance and education.
