Job Title: Warehouse Operative/Relief Driver

SIG Plc. is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and merchant of roofing and exterior products.

We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative/Driver to join our team, who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely management of stock within the warehouse. The successful candidate will maintain a clean and safe working environment and contribute to the day-to-day operations within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive goods inwards, unload, and store in the correct location
  • Prepare orders according to sales requirements and load onto vehicles
  • Sign for deliveries and receipt of stock and report breakages
  • Carry out driving duties if required

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Good data accuracy
  • Numerate & Basic IT Skills
  • Forklift Licence (desirable)
  • Knowledge of basic health & safety requirements (desirable)
  • Previous Yard or Warehouse experience (desirable)
