Carpenter Farraday seeks a seasoned Financial Planning Expert to lead our team in delivering exceptional financial services to high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
  • Financial Planning and Advice: Prepare and present tailored financial plans, investment strategies, and risk assessments to clients.
  • Client Review and Portfolio Management: Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial situations and adjust plans as necessary to adapt to changing circumstances and market conditions.
  • Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Industry Knowledge and Staying Ahead: Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide clients with the best advice and solutions.
Leadership and Mentoring
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor and support a small but growing team of financial planners, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Employee Reviews and Competence: Conduct employee reviews to ensure ongoing competence of staff and that client service meets the required standards.
  • Process Improvement: Take ownership of the advice process, reviewing and improving policies and procedures to align with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Management Information: Deliver management information to the board periodically, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Business Development
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and exploit opportunities for business development, driving growth and revenue.
  • Project Support: Support key projects and initiatives within the business as required, ensuring successful outcomes.

Conduct and Ethics

  • Company Values: Promote the company's values and adhere to the conduct rules as defined by the FCA.
  • Personal Development: Take responsibility for personal training as required to keep abreast with the latest regulatory and legislative changes.
