**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our team at Omega. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading a small team of contract and standards engineers in the design and development of our machinery equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of engineers to design and engineer machinery solutions for our customers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all our products.
  • Develop and implement efficient order fulfillment processes.
  • Establish the engineering department as the central hub for knowledge and expertise.
  • Manage and deliver multiple improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing engineering teams and machinery compliance.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and The Vault.
