We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Inverness. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing new talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop partnerships with new clients and candidates
- Provide outstanding service delivery to a portfolio of established relationships
- Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews
- Handling the full recruitment process, from shortlisting to offering the successful candidate their new role
