At Bairstow Eves, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agent to join our dynamic residential lettings team in Basildon. As a Lettings Property Lister, you'll play a crucial role in winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to:

  • Win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner
Requirements

To be successful as a Lettings Property Lister, you'll need:

  • Estate Agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Lettings Negotiator
  • The ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy, including MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license
