Senior Sustainability Data Consultant

About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Consultant (Data and ESG) to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with global brands across multiple industries, helping them achieve their sustainability goals through expert data management and ESG strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Take charge of client projects, leading the development and implementation of tailored sustainability strategies. Manage client environmental data systems, ensuring effective data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Data and Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced Excel and enterprise data management systems to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets for sustainability reporting and strategic insights. Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Sustainability Consulting: Advise clients on achieving their sustainability and ESG targets across sectors such as Utilities, Travel, Finance, and Technology. Assist in creating decarbonization plans, ESG reports, and sustainability strategies that align with clients' business goals.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor 1-2 junior consultants, ensuring their professional growth and ability to contribute to client projects. Collaborate within the team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, while ensuring project excellence.
- Strong analytical data management skills, with a focus on ESG-related fields.
- Experience in managing large-scale data projects, with proficiency in Excel and enterprise data management systems.
- Practical experience in carbon accounting, sustainability reporting, and writing ESG impact reports.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
