Location: Edgware

Working Hours: 8:30 – 4:00 (Mon-Thurs) / 08:30 – 2:00 (Fri)

Position Overview: Step Teachers is partnering with a reputable pre-school in Edgware in search of a dedicated Early Years Education Assistant to support the development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate children's educational growth and development in a nurturing classroom environment.
  • Promote positive behavior and provide emotional support as necessary.
  • Engage with parents effectively, offering insights and fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of stimulating activities that encourage learning.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or Early Years.
  • Previous experience in a role supporting Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) education.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families.
