- Promote independence by using enabling approaches and supporting individuals to meet their outcomes.
- Connect individuals to their communities, accessing local support and services.

As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, you will work a variety of shifts, including late shifts and alternate weekends. You will be entitled to a range of benefits, including:
