Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a dedicated nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing teams, ensuring best practices in the care of adults with learning disabilities.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, create individualised care plans, and closely monitor progress, particularly for patients with complex needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic and inclusive care environment.
  • Uphold high standards of care in line with healthcare regulations and best practice guidelines, ensuring that the needs of adults with learning disabilities are met.
  • Act as a champion for patients with learning disabilities, ensuring their voices are heard and their care needs are met.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid UK NMC Pin and substantial experience in learning disability care.
  • Leadership experience in clinical settings, with expertise in caring for adults with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage, educate, and support nursing teams.
  • Collaborative spirit, with the ability to work closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
