Job Title: SHE Advisor Export

At INEOS FPS, we are seeking a highly skilled SHE Advisor to join our team in Grangemouth. As a key member of our SHE team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and responsible operation of our facilities.

Job Purpose:

The SHE Advisor Export will provide expert SHE guidance and support to our Export locations, ensuring compliance with legislative and INEOS FPS SHE requirements. You will promote SHE excellence through continuous improvement across operations, maintenance, engineering, and project activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate SHE regulatory activities, including inspections, correspondence, and commitments.
  • Manage Environmental licence to operate documentation, including PPC permits, CAR Licences, and OPPC permits.
  • Provide structured SHE input to Asset CoMAH report reviews.
  • Facilitate high-quality SHE meetings to improve business performance and engagement.
  • Lead Safety Representatives and contractor personnel in delivering SHE initiatives.
  • Provide assurance and support to Asset Management team to implement INEOS FPS SHE Management System requirements.
  • Provide SHE expertise to key business processes, including incident management and risk management.
  • Define, roll out, and track delivery of asset Level 1 Assurance Plan.
  • Coordinate Asset Care (AsCare) program and monitor status against plan.
  • Provide training and expertise on the use of action management software (Synergi).
  • Oversight of 3rd party contractor SHE performance and resource.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Science, SHE, or equivalent.
  • Chartered member of IOSH / IEMA or equivalent.
  • Strong SHE, operational, and/or project experience gained in high hazard environments.
  • Experience in participating and leading incident investigation and audits.
  • Capability to analyse SHE performance data.
