Position Overview:

As a dedicated Overnight Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals in our care. Your responsibilities will include providing essential support during the night, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

Typical Shifts: Every Tuesday Night from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for compassionate and hands-on individuals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those we support. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A full UK driving license.
- Resilience, flexibility, and a composed demeanor.
- Experience in following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practices.
- Background in working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injuries, and complex mental health needs.
