We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team at Hinkley Point C, working on the prestigious Nuclear project. As a Surveyor, you will play a key role in the construction of the power station, ensuring the accurate setting out of equipment and executing surveying activities in line with relevant specifications.

The Role

As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Survey Control Networks enabling the setting out of equipment
  • Ensuring all surveying activities are executed in line with relevant specifications
  • Establishing survey control points using traversing techniques
  • Analysis of existing control networks
  • Monitor survey control networks to indicate building settlement
  • Produce Survey Reports and communicate these to the client

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience of installation of Survey Control Networks
  • Management of Survey Teams
  • Experience with survey equipment, such as Total Station, Digital Level, Plummet Lasers and Tape Drops
  • Production of Survey Reports
  • STARNET experience
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations
