About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to join our team at Support Warehouse. As a Sales Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our sales team, providing administrative and operational support to ensure seamless processes and championing our values of putting the customer first, operating as ONE team, and striving for better.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of customer service.
  • Provide pricing and quotations for customers, utilizing our CRM system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the sales team by utilizing our CRM system to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as needed to empower the team to focus on driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
