Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to reduce risks and improve compliance.
- Collaborate with site leadership to ensure effective management of the HSE Management System.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel on HSE-related matters.
- Conduct risk assessments and investigations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to promote a high-performance safety culture.
- NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK HSE legislation and its practical application.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a HSE Manager in a busy manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
