Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and internal stakeholders
- Organize and manage onsite medical clinics, including scheduling and coordination
- Maintain and update the ESH medical database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Manage stock of security forms, passes, and office consumables, including IT equipment, stationery, and refreshments
- Oversee cleaning contractors and handle on-site tasks as required
- Act as the onsite Fire Warden to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Ensure office licenses are up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
- Previous experience in administration, reception, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
