Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and internal stakeholders
  • Organize and manage onsite medical clinics, including scheduling and coordination
  • Maintain and update the ESH medical database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Manage stock of security forms, passes, and office consumables, including IT equipment, stationery, and refreshments
  • Oversee cleaning contractors and handle on-site tasks as required
  • Act as the onsite Fire Warden to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Ensure office licenses are up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, reception, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
