We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced FOH Supervisor to support our General Manager in leading our front-of-house team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Lead and motivate our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Assist the General Manager in daily duties, including staff management, inventory control, and customer relations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage stock levels, inventory, and supplies to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
