About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team, providing comprehensive support to our financial planners and a portfolio of high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial planners and clients.
  • Work closely with paraplanning and other internal teams to facilitate efficient and quality administration.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate client reviews, in line with documented service levels and regulation.
  • Assist with scheduling reviews and preparing for meetings.
  • Ensure client files contain all relevant information and paperwork, with accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Process post-meeting administrative actions, such as Letters of Authority and business submissions.
  • Maintain a basic level of industry knowledge through private reading and attending workshops.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience in a similar position.
  • Responsibility, accountability, and proactivity in role.
  • Attention to detail and pride in work.
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and listening.
  • Opportunity for training and development, with support for diploma in financial planning.
Package
  • Up to GBP30,000.
  • Discretionary bonus and benefits, including pension, death in service, PHI, and more.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
