About the Role:

Vibe Recruit is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to enhance their legal team. This role is integral to a prestigious law firm that focuses on residential property transactions.

As a proficient Conveyancer, you will oversee the legal processes involved in property sales and acquisitions, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload from initiation to conclusion.
  • Conduct thorough title investigations, raise inquiries, report findings to clients, review search results, and draft necessary legal documents.
  • Handle re-mortgage and equity transfer transactions.
  • Address complex cases, including shared ownership, leasehold issues, lease extensions, and part sales.
  • Maintain precise records and documentation throughout the property transaction process.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of three years of fee-earning experience in residential conveyancing.
  • In-depth understanding of property law, conveyancing protocols, and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
  • Exceptional drafting and negotiation capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and conveyancing case management systems.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Experience supervising a team of legal assistants is advantageous.
