Job Title: Home Emergency Claims Handler

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Home Emergency Claims Handler to join our team at Davies Group. As a key member of our Home Emergency team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, ensuring accurate information is provided, and resolving claims in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from home emergency insurance customers
  • Ensure accurate information is provided to customers and stakeholders
  • Review and set up new claims, appointing contractors and updating claims on internal systems
  • Validate policyholder information, diagnose issues, and deploy appropriate trade contractors
  • Take excess policy payments, arrange boiler services, and negotiate with contractors
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a claims handling or customer service role is an advantage
