Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock and Trade Assistant to join our team at Dunelm in Greenford. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of stock accuracy and ensuring that our customers have an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular stock checks
  • Process stock deliveries and manage stockroom operations
  • Assist customers with queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
