Financial Adviser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Financial Adviser to join our client's team in Tring, Hertfordshire. As a Trainee, you will assist experienced advisers in providing financial advice to clients, performing tasks such as research, financial analysis, report preparation, and client meeting participation.

1. Collaborate with senior advisers to deliver exceptional client service
2. Manage action points from client meetings to ensure seamless workflow
3. Prepare and submit business proposals
4. Analyze financial data using FE Analytics and create detailed reports
5. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
6. Identify opportunities for referrals and growth within existing client relationships
7. Manage workflow and CRM systems to optimize efficiency
8. Prepare illustrations and electronic business submissions using Blue-door software
9. Perform critical yield calculations
10. Oversee the completion of the Letter of Authority Process

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
