We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team at LA International Computer Consultants Ltd. As an Asset Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the movement of assets, coordinating service tickets, and ensuring efficient asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the movement of assets within the organization, ensuring proper tracking and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment movements, including shipping and receiving activities.
  • Coordinate break-fix activities, liaising with internal teams and external vendors, as necessary.
  • Perform grading of returned equipment against agreed-upon processes, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset management procedures and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Utilize Service Now platform to effectively manage and prioritize service tickets, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
  • Execute IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Disposal) processes with precision and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for IT operations and asset management.
