Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Advisor. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and advice, ensuring patients feel informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
  • Work towards delivering efficient dispensary operations, minimizing dispensing losses, and ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
  • Comply with legal and professional requirements, as well as accepted guidance on professional practice in Boots.
  • Engage with GPs and practice teams to promote services and items, seeking opportunities to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Prepared to work towards an NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services once in role.
  • Passionate about customer care and committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues, understanding individual needs and tailoring support and advice accordingly.
  • Confident and accurate in advising patients, with a customer-focused approach.
