As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing financial leadership to the Divisional Directors and their teams. Your primary objective will be to drive sustainable and profitable performance across the business sectors and projects, ensuring that each initiative aligns with the group's high operating standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial guidance and support to Divisional Directors and their teams
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives across business sectors and projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct investment and contract appraisals within a construction environment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require a suitable qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and previous experience working on high-profile construction projects. A track record of business partnering at a senior level within a large construction company is essential, as is experience in investment and contract appraisals within a construction environment.
