Job Title: Retail & Fashion / Buying Buyer – Womenswear

Success Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Buyer to join our team. As a key member of our womenswear department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and developing strategic plans to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement buying strategies to maximize sales and profitability
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock coverage and minimizing stockouts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform buying decisions and optimize product offerings
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Buyer or Junior Buyer in the womenswear industry
  • Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
