Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance management and evaluations of direct reports, as well as the ongoing performance oversight of associates.
  • Collaborate with the Engagement and Curriculum Development Teams to design suitable schedules that align with delivery models and curriculum standards.
  • Assist in the recruitment of full-time and associate educators, ensuring effective induction training.
  • Monitor the performance of contracted and associate educators.
  • Utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) and Qlik reporting to ensure data accuracy and inform performance evaluations.
  • Work in conjunction with the Head of Quality to achieve active and achievement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Gather learner feedback and track learner outcomes in collaboration with the Head of Quality.
  • Act as the main point of contact for both in-person and remote support and coaching for the team.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the training and development of all educators, including addressing post-observation training needs.
  • Lead team meetings with both full-time and associate educators.
  • Maintain the educator database, ensuring all information is current and accessible to key stakeholders.
  • Implement and adhere to Safeguarding and Health and Safety protocols.
  • Promote equal opportunities and celebrate diversity within the organization.
  • Possess experience in delivering Maths and English functional skills, with the capability to support their instruction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Teaching Qualification
  • Experience in Curriculum Development and Timetable Coordination
  • Demonstrated success in Performance Management of educational personnel
  • Proficiency in MIS/Qlik Reporting or similar data management tools
  • Familiarity with Safeguarding and Health and Safety Regulations
  • Experience with Maths and English Functional Skills
  • Adept at analyzing data to guide performance management and curriculum strategies
  • Skilled in utilizing various educational and administrative software
  • Ensuring precision in data management and reporting
