Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with our sales team to ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines and seasonal trends.
- Manage the handling and displaying of all materials, including products and promotional items.
- Take high-quality photos of our products within the store to showcase our offerings.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in sales of our products through visual merchandising and offering advice to customers on maximizing sales.
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation to drive sales growth.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate product displays.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the sales team.
- A smart and professional appearance to represent our brand.
- A full clean driving license (van will be provided).
In return, we offer a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission, with estimated OTE earnings of up to £25,000 per annum. Additional benefits include a company van, iPad, pension, cost-price handsets, accessories, and SIMs, time off over Christmas, additional annual leave after 2 years of service, training days, and an annual party.
