Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs, provide tailored advice on wills, trusts, and tax implications, and guide them through the probate process.
  • Document Preparation: Draft wills, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and manage probate applications and estate administration.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth process and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in Wills and Probate Law.

Requirements:
