Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of agricultural engineers and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Plan and allocate workloads, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Group Service Manager and Parts Manager to deliver professional performance, quality, and reliability in our services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in people management, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of agricultural engineering, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to achieving targets and exceeding customer expectations.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with additional hours as required, including evenings and weekends during the busy season.
