Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the college's event calendar, which includes open days, exhibitions, lectures, briefings, performances, and immersive experiences.
  • Manage both small and large-scale events from inception to completion, utilizing strong project management skills.
  • Source competitive quotes and conduct thorough research to identify the best suppliers, including venues, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate on-site logistics to guarantee an exceptional experience for attendees while adhering to health and safety regulations.

  • Significant experience in an events role, preferably within the education sector.

  • Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
