Freightserve, a leading freight specialist in the UK, is seeking an experienced Freight Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of AOG shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of export consignments, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Monitor and handle all consignments, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and complete MAWBs and HAWBs, as well as NES Customs entries.
  • Issue consignment security letters and airline lodge paperwork.
  • Communicate with overseas agents and internal departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to telephone enquiries accurately and efficiently.

**Shift Options:**

We offer flexible shift options to accommodate your needs, including:

  • 4 days on, 4 days off (midnight shift)
  • 4 nights on, 4 nights off
  • 2 days/2 nights, 4 days off
