Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze grant and contract proposals and awards for compliance with sponsor regulations and University policies.
- Provide guidance and assistance to faculty and staff on grant and contract administration, including budget preparation and presentations.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff and campus liaisons on grant and contract-related topics.
- Review and validate federal and non-profit research awards, including negotiation of legal terms and conditions.
- Process research project re-budgeting requests and create and process data use agreements for sponsors.
- Identify and report potential problems, actions, and policy issues that require clarification or corrective action.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Science, or a related field, and four years of related experience are required. Strong organizational skills, knowledge of PC applications, database knowledge, and data analysis skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a customer service attitude and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
