Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport waste containers between various sites using a roll on roll off vehicle.
  • Ensure all waste containers are properly secured and loaded onto the vehicle.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition.
  • Report any vehicle defects or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and assist with any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating roll on roll off vehicles.
  • Knowledge of waste management and disposal regulations.
  • Ability to safely operate hydraulic lifting equipment and maneuver large waste containers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends, if necessary.
