About the Role

Child Action Northwest is a leading charity providing innovative services to support children, families, and vulnerable adults. Our mission is to empower individuals and communities to grow, develop, and change.

We are seeking a Trainee Systemic Family Practitioner to join our team. As a Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced practitioners to provide whole-family interventions for children and young people experiencing mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children and young people with mental health issues
  • Work collaboratively with families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of our services and programs to better meet the needs of our clients
Requirements
  • Experience working with children and young people with mental health issues
  • Relevant degree-level qualification and registration with HCPC or BACP
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
