Job Purpose
- As a key member of the Thirsk Services - Peregrine Retail Careers team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the petrol station store, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while maintaining a high level of profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Budget Management
- Maximize sales revenue while adhering to the company's budgetary guidelines.
Customer Service
- Set a positive example for staff by consistently demonstrating a high level of customer service.
- Ensure that all staff members deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Perform Sales Assistant/Supervisor duties as needed to maintain a high level of customer service.
Stock Control
- Effectively manage stock levels to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Place stock orders and oversee deliveries in accordance with company procedures.
Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the Store Manager.
