Location and Flexibility
This role is primarily based in Northampton, with the option to travel to our Milton Keynes office, providing a vibrant and adaptable work atmosphere. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for advising and managing a diverse array of Family Law cases, particularly for high-net-worth individuals. This essential position requires a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a solid history of delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering expert legal counsel and managing a variety of Family Law cases, with a focus on affluent clients.
  • Regularly enhancing and updating knowledge on Family Law topics, while promoting a collaborative culture to share insights with colleagues.
  • Identifying and leveraging opportunities for cross-referrals within the firm, actively participating in business development efforts.
  • Engaging in networking events and business development initiatives to attract new clientele.


Your Caseload Will Include:

  • Privately funded Family and Matrimonial matters
  • Divorce proceedings
  • Judicial separation cases
  • Separation agreements
  • Ancillary relief
  • Financial disputes
  • TOLATA claims
  • Domestic abuse matters
  • Non-molestation and occupation orders
  • Private Children Act issues
