Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Orion Electrotech Automation. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing special purpose machinery solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and automotive markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical control systems for laboratory robotic and automation equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with mechanical and software components
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and user manuals
  • Contribute to the development of new product ideas and features

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical design engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or automotive industries
  • Strong understanding of electrical control systems, including PLCs, HMI, and motor control
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
