Main Responsibilities:

  • Inspect jobs using a handheld device and report findings to the office for quoting purposes.
  • Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
  • Remove loft insulation and install new or relay existing insulation correctly.
  • Apply new silicone in bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Replace kitchen units and doors.
  • Install tiling.
  • Install panel boards in bathrooms.
  • Lay vinyl flooring, including wet room flooring.
  • Install skirting boards.
  • Decorate.
  • Skim walls and ceilings.
  • Remove ceilings, install new plasterboard, and skim.

Requirements:

  • NVQ trade qualification(s).
  • Multi trade experience.
  • Full current driving license.
  • A DBS check is required before commencing the role.
