About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Neom Recruitment Ltd. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in the warehouse and distribution centre.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and shipping and receiving activities.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to schedule and coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution centre management role.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity in a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Knowledge of lean practices and principles, with the ability to apply them in a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental procedures, with the ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
