The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in managing contingency workforce and lecturers, as well as advising on employment law and drafting contracts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Standardizing contracts and terms & conditions for all contingency workforce and lecturers
  • Providing expert guidance on employment law to senior leaders and managers
  • Drafting and issuing new contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge of UK employment law and regulations
  • Experience working in a complex public sector organization, with a strong understanding of its challenges and opportunities

Working arrangements:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - Remote working
  • Thursday - Onsite at the client's premises
