We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join James Gray Associates and take charge of a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with experience in a bureau environment and proficiency in IRIS Star.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Running payroll weekly, bi-weekly, 4 weekly, and monthly, including processing statutory payments and pensions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent systems skills, with proficiency in IRIS Star and other payroll software.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
